Today or visit was great. We were staying at the drury Inn next door. We came here for lunch and it was as good as I remember. The Italian night club is my favorite. I can never finish it. My wife got an un-wich. she loved it.
Jimmy Johns doesn't dissapoint. -

I usually order the Club LuLu Unwich but recently, I got the Tuna Sub delivered. Never again! I thought I was going to die. Food poisoning. I vomitted for two days straight. Stomach muscles ached for the next week and half from all the vomiting. I'm an adult and I had to call my Mother to come over and help me. No more Jimmy John's for me.
Never had a problem before the Tuna Sub, but that was enough to deter me in the future. -

Ordered a sub from here and had it delivered to a popular hang out. Which is pretty cool. It was plenty fast enough. But after looking at the sandwich it has 2 pieces of meat on it that were super thin, and a ton of lettuce and tomato. 2 pieces of meat? Really. This is not grade school. And we dont have to ration meat. For the prices and lack of anything on the sandwich I would never waste my time or money eating here again. Freaky stingy!

Stopped by and picked up a sammich for lunch, got the #4 Turkey Tom on Jimmy's "Fresh Baked, Thick Sliced 7 Grain Bread". They had it ready freaky fast, the 2 folks behind the counter were great, the sandwich had a good amount of turkey, lettuce, tomato and cheese. The bread was really good, this was the first time I had tried the 7 Grain, usually get the regular Italian bread when I stop at a Jimmy John's. Very good sammich.

First time visiting this location and I definitely won't be back. Not only was the sandwich subpar (I usually love JJ's subs), but the terrible service is what inspired me to leave this review. Although the employee who made my sandwich was kind and made it very quickly as JJ usually does, the cashier (Connor I believe) was the issue. He seemed to have an attitude from the time we walked into the door as if he didn't want to take my order. Didn't greet me, ask what I wanted, if that would be all, or said anything really besides giving me the total. After my sandwich was ready he placed it on the counter without giving me the $0.13 I was owed in change. I waited about 10 seconds for my change as he stared blankly at me and I just decided to say forget it (because 13 cents surely won't break me) and grabbed my sandwich and left.
I understand you guys take tips, and maybe he assumed that I wouldn't give one, but that certainly does not make you entitled to the money that I am owed. So just as a word of advice to management, you may want to train your employees on basic cashier & customer service skills because he certainly has NONE. I'll be visiting the Tate St. location from now on as I have always done in the past.
